Lions Club orgained seminar on Bharun Hatya at Baba Ujaggar Singh High School Budh Singh Wala..The participants students critisised the misscarriage of girls.They in their speaches criticised ladies doing the same.Lady being lady should herself resist strongly as such it can be stopped.Example of famous ladies like Jhansi Di Rani, Saroujni Naudu, Indira Gandhi, Kalpana Chawla, Mother teressa were given who being a female have earned famous in the world.Lions members judged the participants and honoured them for taking part in seminar.Lion Sant Ram Bhandari President, Lion Sukhmander Singh Secretary, lion mjf Surinder Jaidka PRO addressing to students said you are entering in young age u can change the situation by adopting in their mind to resist in the life.S Perminder Singh Headmaster thanked lion club official for arranging seminars to awake the public.

Traffic Awareness Seminar on b day of Lion Pmjf R K Mehta PDG 19 Nov 2014.

Lions Club organised traffic Awareness Seminar on eve of birthday of Lion Pmjf R K Mehta PDG.at Baba Ujaggar Singh High School Budh Singh Wala .Lion Sant Ram Bhandari President Lions Club Lion Sukhmander Singh Secy and Lion Mjf Surinder Jaidka PRO joined with S.Perminder Singh Headmaster and staff of the school and wished happy birthday to Lion Pmjf R K Mehta,The Seminar was arranged in the school students participated in the Seminar.Lion Sukhmander Singh Secy briefed students regarding symbols used in driving of vehicles.Students were told not to use mobile while driving use of seat belt for safety of the people in car follow all road signals while driving.Students were questioned regarding safety measures while driving.They were tested how much they know signs on roads.Lions team with Headmaster of School judged their knowledge and selected three participans as Ist 2nd and 3rd.They were honoured with lion momentos .The President Lion Sant Ram Bhandari told that next week seminar on Bharun Hatya will be organised in the school and directed students to prepare for the same.

LC Bagha Purana Eye camp on 16 November 2014

Lions club Bagha Purana organised its 29th eye camp at Govt.Senior Model School boys today 16 November 2014. A team of well known hospital Vivek Mission Chartible Eye Hospital Jalal doctors with staff checked the patients in school.They were thoroughly screened and were given free eye drops for maintainace of eye sight .More than 800 patients visited the camp and all were screened by doctors.At the spot more than 40 were selected for surgery operations.Amrik Lab and Jassal opticals gave free sevices for sugar check and eye sight.Free spacts were given by the club to deserving peoples free of cost.A Langer of tea and lunch was arranged by the club.The surgery pstients wete transpoted in hospital van to Jalal whete they were operated in operation room.Lion TN Grover PDG specially joined the camp and he was fully satisfied with the working of the club.He was honoured by Lion Sant Ram Bhandari President and team of lion members in the camp.Lion membets who joined the camp Lion Sukhmander Singh Secy, Lion Parmod Kataria Cashier, lion Surinder Jaidka PRO, Lion Dr Baljit Singh, Lion Dr VC Luthra, Lion Gurbachan Malhotra, Lion Kamal Bansal, Lion Gurdeep Garg, Lion Ashwani Sharma, Lion Darshan Gupta, Lion Dr mjf ML Setia, Lion Jaswinder Singh Advocate, Lion GS Dhillon, Lion Gauri Shanker, Lion Dr Mahesh Gupta,Lion Dr HS Jassal Lion Jagroop  Singh Jassi,Lion Satish Aneja, Lion Vipin Garg  gave services in the camp to assist the public and to give necessary jobs in the camp.Lion Pawan Thukral (sonu) specially inagurated the camp in presence of Lion TN Grovet PDG.Lion ckub membets thanked lion Pawan Thukral.Some patients were on waiting list due to BP high and sugar level high.They were given time to visit hospital after a gsp and they will also be operated free by the club.Lion President thankef Docotors team and Lion TN Grover PDG.

World Diabetic day 14 November 2014

14 November 2014 world Diabetic day LC Bagha Purana organised free sugar checkup camp at Amrik Lab which is a reputed lab in city to aware the people to control their sugar level within prescribed limit.LC  is organising such camps of sugar checks in city because it is the time to alert them regarding highbsugar which is very dangerous in life.Lion Sant Ram Bhandari and his wife were in line to get their sugar level.Amrik Lab represenrative told that people come in camps than usual visit for sugar check.Lion Dr Veer Chand Luthra advised regular walk daily which is the best ntural treatment to control sugar level in prescribed limit.Amrik Lab results are fair and shows right results.Lion mjf Surindet Jaidka PRO said club is committed to hold such camps.

On visit to LC BaghabPurana on 16 November 2014 lion T N Grover released LC monthly newsletter oct 2014.A great day of the lions club as club organised its 29th eye camp inaguratef by lion Pawan Thukral (Sonu).LC is regularly issuing its monthly newsletters since begining of new year.LC has issued July, August , September issues it was its fourth issue released to day.Lion T N Grover appreciated the newsletter .He said he is impressed on the working of the club.He praised the issue and said club activities are its showing in the news letter.Lion Sant Ram Bhandari President LC Lion mjf Surinder Jaidka PRO , lion Sukhmander Singh Secretary, Lion Parmod Kataria Cashier thanked lion T N Grover for his visit to the club.At the release function Lion mjf Dr M L Setia, lion Jaswinder Singh, Lion Gauri Shanker, Lion G S Dhilon, Lion Gurdeep Garg, Lion Dr Baljit Singh, Lion Dr V C Luthra, Lion Satish Aneja, Lion Darshan Gupta , lion Kamal Bansal, Lion G S MalhotramLion Ashwani Sharms, Lion Dr H S Jassal, Lion Jagroop Singh Jassi, Lion M C Gupta, Lion Vipin Garg were present .

LIONS CLUB Meeting held on 5 November 2014 at Mapple Restaurant which was presided by by lion Sant Ram Bhandari President LC .Lion Sukhmander Singh Secretary briefed the projects organised so for in oct 2014 and two Pride Projects on November 1and 4 .Members were fully satisfied with the working of the club.LC major project eye camp was main agenda which was discussed briefly.Lion Parmod Kataria cashier offered that his close relative will sponsor the camp.Lion members thanked the donor.It was proposed eye operation from Vivek Charitable trust Jalala a well known eye hospital for eyes in the area.Lion Sant Ram Bhandari President told that eye sight and sugar check up will be by Jassal Opticals and Amrik Lab Bagha Purana as they ate giving services to club for the last so many years.Patients selected for cataract operation will be taken by the bus of the Hospital, Fully tea Roti ets will be arranged by the Hospital too.Even one care taker will be accomodated with full facilities.Lion Parmod Kataria was nominated as Chairman of the Project by the members. He said he will do the job honestly with keen interest.Other lion members were selected for different duties in the camp.Lion Sant Ram Bhandari said club is orgainising Pride Projecs on top periority as this is a major project of distt 321f on the direction of Lion mjf Rajeev Goyal DG. LC is donating dust bins for use in common palaces. Club is motivating public to be habtual to use dust bins to keep city clean.Apart from this club is organising medical camps such as free sugar camp, dental camps, health camps for which people in city are coming for checkup and we are achieving our target to keep lionism up.Finally it was decided to organise eye checkup camp on 16 November sunday at Govt.Sen, , Sec School Bagha Purana from 9 am to 2 pm.All present will be checked in OPD.Lion members present in the meeting assured their full support to President for the camp and will give full duty on that day,

Project Pride on 4 November 2014 at Springfield School BPA

Swachh Bharat Project Pride of Lions Distt 321 f and direction of DG Lion mjf Rajeev Goyal Lions Club organised its 2nd Project in November at Springfield School Bagha Purana on 4 Nov.. Lion Nar Singh Brar Chairman of the school is taking keen interest in the Project Pride, Lions Club donated dustbins bearing logo of lions to the school to make students habtual of using the same.In presence of lions Principal of the school formed four houses of students and directed them to do work on swachh Bharat .The head of the groups nominated will work as team work for cleaning the school area,rooms,grounds properly.The progress of the group will be judged after a gap by lions group without informing them.The judges will honour the student group leaders and students who had done better job for our Project Pride.Lion Sant Ram Bhandari President LC addressed to students and requested to please donot throw rappers,papers in the ground and use our dustbins for the same.Lion Sukhmander Singh said club is working on Project Pride on top periority.Lion Surinder Jaidka PRO,Lion Parmod Kataria Cashier joined the Project .Lion Nar Singh Brar Chairman of the school thanked lions team.

Project Pride Punjab Day 1 November 2014

Lions District 321f project Pride and direction of DG lion mjf Rajeev Goyal LC organised its project Pride in Gandhi Palace Bagha Purana. LC has planned to advertise project pride among the people in the area.LC plans to paste 2000 stickers at varios palaces in the area.To day LC pasted 500 stickers on the existing dustbins being used in the Palace .These dustbins are circulated among the people sitting in hall to colect waste from them.LC thinks people must ser stickerd on the dustbin which appeals to use it.LC owner Lion Parveen Gandhi praised the spep of the club and he thanks lions club for the same.LC plans to do the same in Mohindera Palace and Mittal Resorts both owned by the lion members.Lion Sant Ram Bhandari President LC said club is committed to work on Pride Project .He said club is organising project on Pride in Springfield School on 4 Nov as per direction of DG distt 321f.Lion Sukhmander Singh Secy lion mjf Surinder Jaidka, Lion Parmod Kataria, lion Darshan Gupta, Lion Dr VC Luthra, lion Dr Baljit Singh, l8ion Parveen Gandhi lion G S Dhillon joinef in pasting stickers on the dustbins.
