Free Sugar Checkup camp 29 Dec 2014

As on outgoing year 2014 lions club Bagha Purana organised its free sugar checkup camp at Ashish Nursing Home Bagha Purana.Though it was the last project of the year 2014 club is programming to start new projects in the new year 2015 a few days ahead.Lion Sant Ram Bhandari said club had already organised free sugar check up camps at Bagha Purana to aware the public .Genereally public ignore sugar test as all tests are done on paying money by the labs .Lion Sukhmander Singh Secy.said he is pressing to organise free medical checkup camps which has proved helpfull to public.Dr Ashish Luthra who conducted sugar test advised for usuall walk and proper diet to keep sugar level in control.Dr Lion VC Luthra advised various diets which are beneficial for sugar patients.Lion Jagroop Singh Jassi and Lion Kulwant Singh Kanda from Canada joined the camp .

Project Reflector fixing due to sudden fog in atmosphere 22 Dec 2014

Due to sudden change in weather fog appeared in atmosphere which create problem for the moving vehicles due to low visibility on the road.Lions Club decided to fix reflectors in the main chownk of the city to assist the moving vehicles passing the Bagha Purana, The electronic reflectors while lights are acted on it shows the path  and alert the moving vehicles.Now such tapes are available in the markets which are pasted on back of vehicles even on awara cows on the road.These are proving very helpfull and decrease in acccidents are noted.Lion Bal Krishan Bali President Nagar Council Bagha Purana who is the member of the club and joined in Project assured full help from Nagar Councli for this cause.Lion Sant Ram Bhandari President Lion  Sukhmander Singh Secretary Lion Parmod Kataria Cashier Lion Gurmail Singh Dhillon Lion Jagroop Singh Jassi Lion mjf Dr ML Setia joined the project.Club hopes this move will help the vehicles passing through the city,

Lions Club orgained seminar on Bharun Hatya at Baba Ujaggar Singh High School Budh Singh Wala..The participants students critisised the misscarriage of girls.They in their speaches criticised ladies doing the same.Lady being lady should herself resist strongly as such it can be stopped.Example of famous ladies like Jhansi Di Rani, Saroujni Naudu, Indira Gandhi, Kalpana Chawla, Mother teressa were given who being a female have earned famous in the world.Lions members judged the participants and honoured them for taking part in seminar.Lion Sant Ram Bhandari President, Lion Sukhmander Singh Secretary, lion mjf Surinder Jaidka PRO addressing to students said you are entering in young age u can change the situation by adopting in their mind to resist in the life.S Perminder Singh Headmaster thanked lion club official for arranging seminars to awake the public.

Traffic Awareness Seminar on b day of Lion Pmjf R K Mehta PDG 19 Nov 2014.

Lions Club organised traffic Awareness Seminar on eve of birthday of Lion Pmjf R K Mehta PDG.at Baba Ujaggar Singh High School Budh Singh Wala .Lion Sant Ram Bhandari President Lions Club Lion Sukhmander Singh Secy and Lion Mjf Surinder Jaidka PRO joined with S.Perminder Singh Headmaster and staff of the school and wished happy birthday to Lion Pmjf R K Mehta,The Seminar was arranged in the school students participated in the Seminar.Lion Sukhmander Singh Secy briefed students regarding symbols used in driving of vehicles.Students were told not to use mobile while driving use of seat belt for safety of the people in car follow all road signals while driving.Students were questioned regarding safety measures while driving.They were tested how much they know signs on roads.Lions team with Headmaster of School judged their knowledge and selected three participans as Ist 2nd and 3rd.They were honoured with lion momentos .The President Lion Sant Ram Bhandari told that next week seminar on Bharun Hatya will be organised in the school and directed students to prepare for the same.

LC Bagha Purana Eye camp on 16 November 2014

Lions club Bagha Purana organised its 29th eye camp at Govt.Senior Model School boys today 16 November 2014. A team of well known hospital Vivek Mission Chartible Eye Hospital Jalal doctors with staff checked the patients in school.They were thoroughly screened and were given free eye drops for maintainace of eye sight .More than 800 patients visited the camp and all were screened by doctors.At the spot more than 40 were selected for surgery operations.Amrik Lab and Jassal opticals gave free sevices for sugar check and eye sight.Free spacts were given by the club to deserving peoples free of cost.A Langer of tea and lunch was arranged by the club.The surgery pstients wete transpoted in hospital van to Jalal whete they were operated in operation room.Lion TN Grover PDG specially joined the camp and he was fully satisfied with the working of the club.He was honoured by Lion Sant Ram Bhandari President and team of lion members in the camp.Lion membets who joined the camp Lion Sukhmander Singh Secy, Lion Parmod Kataria Cashier, lion Surinder Jaidka PRO, Lion Dr Baljit Singh, Lion Dr VC Luthra, Lion Gurbachan Malhotra, Lion Kamal Bansal, Lion Gurdeep Garg, Lion Ashwani Sharma, Lion Darshan Gupta, Lion Dr mjf ML Setia, Lion Jaswinder Singh Advocate, Lion GS Dhillon, Lion Gauri Shanker, Lion Dr Mahesh Gupta,Lion Dr HS Jassal Lion Jagroop  Singh Jassi,Lion Satish Aneja, Lion Vipin Garg  gave services in the camp to assist the public and to give necessary jobs in the camp.Lion Pawan Thukral (sonu) specially inagurated the camp in presence of Lion TN Grovet PDG.Lion ckub membets thanked lion Pawan Thukral.Some patients were on waiting list due to BP high and sugar level high.They were given time to visit hospital after a gsp and they will also be operated free by the club.Lion President thankef Docotors team and Lion TN Grover PDG.

World Diabetic day 14 November 2014

14 November 2014 world Diabetic day LC Bagha Purana organised free sugar checkup camp at Amrik Lab which is a reputed lab in city to aware the people to control their sugar level within prescribed limit.LC  is organising such camps of sugar checks in city because it is the time to alert them regarding highbsugar which is very dangerous in life.Lion Sant Ram Bhandari and his wife were in line to get their sugar level.Amrik Lab represenrative told that people come in camps than usual visit for sugar check.Lion Dr Veer Chand Luthra advised regular walk daily which is the best ntural treatment to control sugar level in prescribed limit.Amrik Lab results are fair and shows right results.Lion mjf Surindet Jaidka PRO said club is committed to hold such camps.
