Lion Preet Kanwal Singh DG 321-f visited lions club Bagha Purana to day 18th feb.He was accompanied by Lion Devinder Gupta Distt Cabinet Secy ,both were greeted by lion members ,Lion Avtar Singh RC X Lion Sukhmander Singh ZC at Gandhi Palace Bagha Purana. DG, RC, ZC and DCS joined the lions general body meeting/family dinner meeting scheduled today at Gandhi Palace Bagha Purana. Lion Dr V C Luthra briefed the lions club projects organised for the welfare of the people during the current year 2011-12 in his address .He also briefed the coming projects of the club. The DG ,RC,DCS,ZC seen the banners of the clubs projects and were impresed for the projects done.Lion Sukhnandan Aggarwal President in his address assured that in future we will continue projects in the same spirit.Lion Preet Kanwal Singh DG in his address greeted all lions for the excellent projects organised by the lions which include Eye camp, Dental Check Up camps, Project Umeed ,Van Maha Utsav,World peace day etc.DG was fully satisfied with the project Umeed initiated by him during the start of his tunure the club completed 10 continous Umeed Projects, DG in his address highlighted acievements of the District which include restortion of dead clubs,Tree plantataion achievment above the fixed target, funds for eye hospital Jaito, Patran etc. DG wished that tree plantation be done more to keep the pollution free atmosphere.The club assured it will organise tree plantation projects as per their direction. DG told that the lions rally will be organised in Manali as per internaional level.Election will be conducted by Electronic machines which is the new and latest achievement in this district.He aslo briefed PRO conferene to be held at Ludhiana.Lion DG honoured with his lion Pins Lion Sukhmander Singh RC,Lion mjf Surinder Jaidka PRO, Lion Dr VC Luthra secy,Lion Ashwani Sharma cashier,Lion Sukhnandan Aggarwal President Lions club ,Lion Dharm Pal Bansal Charted President,Lion Jasvinder Singh Advocate MOC .Lion Dr HS Jassal Senior Dental Surgeon Civil Hospital Bagha Purana was specially honoured by DG as lion jassal is serving in dental check up camps,He has completed 10 camps uoto today.DG honoured lion Sukhnandan Aggarwal President with e-club house membership recd from Lions Club Internation.Lion Jasvinder singh annouced that under project Rahul lions club will install submersible motor with RO in Shani Mandir Bagha Purana which cost is sponsored by Lion Sukhmander Singh ZC.Lion Sukhmander Singh ZC in his address thanked DG,RC,DCS for vising lions club Bagha Purana .DG ,RC,DCS,ZC joined family dinner scheduled for to day in Gandhi Palace.Lion Parveen Gandhi owner of the Gandhi Palace gave free palace to club and he was honoured the lion Sukhnandan Aggarwal President.Ladies childerns joining the family dinner enjoyed well .Lucky dram winner became lion Harbans Singh Brar.DG also appealed to attract family members to lions club which in the entry is free.The meeting was well started in time and was finished in time.Protocol was fully followed.
