April 5 2015 in the morning shocking sad news heared that lion Jagroop Singh Jassi an active worker of the club and a known social worker in the locality Bagha Purana expired in road acccident near Bathinda.News spresd in the city and shaked the whole city.He was also a yoga teacher in the area having followers in the city.Lion Delegates were attending Pride Confrence at Manali .On hearing the news they could not stay there and started back journey to Bagha Purana leaving all the scheduled programmes they framed at Manali. Lion Jagroop Singh Jassi along with elder brother of club Treasurer Lion Parmod Kataria while returing after attending marriage met with acccident near Bathinda. Lion Parmod Kataria with officials of LC BPA was attending Manali Distt conference,On hearing the news club delegates returned back as Lion Jagroop Singh Jassi was no more alive .Lions Club BPA and residents were shocked on hearing the news.Lion Jassi had two daughters one in Canada settled.On arrival of his daughter he was cremated to day 7 April in Moga Road Shamshan Ghat.Lion President Lion Sant Ram Bhandari President of the club and members mourn the sudden death of lion member who served in the lionism for a very long period.He joined with club Project on 1 April 2015 in club opted school Baba Ujaggar Singh Govt,High School Budh SinghWala It was his last project presence,Lions Club sent sad news in Distt 321f .Lion members/LClubs sent sympathy messages to club and his family members.LC BPA thanks lions/Lion clubs who has shown sympathy with a lion .
