Lions Club Bagha Purana  officials attended the Distt Cabinet Installation of distt 321f lead by lion PMJF Harish Dua DG,Lion KM Gupta VDG I and lion Rajiv Goyal VDG-II at Guru Nana Dev Bhawan Ludhiana on 29th July 2012.Lions Team LC Bagha Purana lead by President Lion Jaswant Rai Arora attended the cabinet installation.They congratulated lion HJS Khera PDG on his birthday.They enjoyed the installation which was declared as the best installation by the chief Guest.Lions attending the installation were so impressed on the guidlines shown by the senior lions.It was largly attended by the clubs of Distt 321 f,Lions of lions Club Bagha Purana are seen with yellow marks indetification.They enjoyed the whole ceremony.

LC BPA CANCER CHECK UP CAMP 26 th JULY 2012

Lions Club BPA orgained Cancer Check Up Camp at Civil Hospital Bagha Purana on july 26 2012.Lion Jaswant Arora President LC BPA.Lion Sukhnandan Aggarwal Project Chairman Lion Dr Navdeep Sharma Secretary and their team with the help of Lion Bal Krishan Bali President M C Bagha Purana invited Dr KS Dhaliwal with 25 members team from Chandigarh to check the patients in Civil Hospital Bagha Purana.Over 200 patients were checked and necessary medicines were given to the patients as per their prescription.Sugar of all the patients was checked on this occasion, Bibi Paramjit Kaur Gulshan MP S.Maheshinder Singh MLA joined the camp.Both leaders assured the club officials full support for  treatment of such deseases.People visiting the camp praised the efforts of the Lions Club Bagha Purna for orgainising such type of camps.Local Civil Hospital docotors and staff gave full co-operation in organising the camp.Lions in large  attended the camp and helped the patients ,Lion Nand Singh Brar,Lion Sukhmander Singh, Lion Nirbhai Singh , Lion Jagroop Jassi, Lion Gian Mittal,  Lion Dr H S Jassal ,Lion Bittyu Kataria, Lion G S Dhillon,Lion Gandhi , Lion Sant Ram Bhandari, Lion DR VC Luthra, Lion Rajinder Bansi, Lion Dr Baljit Singh , Lion Gauri Shanker Raju  ,Lion Ashwani Sharma,  Lion Pawan Thukral, Lion Mohan Lal Arora joined,Lion Jaswant Arora President and Lion Sukhnandan Aggarwal Project Chairman thanked the lion members and the staff of civil Hospital , 

LC BPA 2nd Tree Plantaion Project 20th July B day of Lion KS SETHI PDG

LC Bagha Purana organised its 2nd Tree Plantation Project in front of Baba Namdev Gurudwara Canuwala By pass Bagha Purana on 20th july on the birth day of Lion K S Sethi  PDG.The Priest of the Gurudwara in his ARRDASS blessed the lion members for the project being organised by them and prayed long life of lion K S Sethi.  Lion members too wished happy birth day to Lion Sethi. Lion Nirbhai Singh pledged that he will look after the plants planted for their requirements of water pestecides etc. Lion President Lion Jaswant Arora started by planting the tree and said club have a target of 1000 plants being orgained .Lion Sukhnandan Aggarwal immediate club President ,Lion Sukhmander Singh EX ZC ,Lion Mohan Lal Arora,Lion  Sant Ram Bhandari , Lion Navdeep Sharma present in the project assured full co operation in orgainising the projects.As per direction of the Distt Governor Lion Harish Dua PMJF club Secy Lion Navdeep Sharma has arranged 1000 plants.To day nearly 100 plants were planted.He said club had chalked the programmee for the plantation.Accordingly they are arranging the projects.

Lions Club Bagha Purana organised its tree plantation project on 29th July 2012 at Village Rajiana a religious palace known as Jhiri in the village being controleed by Sant Harnam Singh and his followers.The head Sant Satnam Singh thanked the lions club for planting 300 trees.He assured that he and his followers will keep strict watch for the growh they will regularly feed water etc time to time.Lion Sukhnandan Aggarwal Vice Region Chairperson LC Bagha Purana who hails from this village said that he is interested to see the plants rising to its growth.Present on the occassion Lion Jaswant Arora President Lions Club,Lion Dr Navdeep Sharma Secy,Lion Jagroop Singh Jassi Cashier Lion Nirbhai Singh Jt Secterary and followers of the Jhiri planted the samplings with keen inerest.Club President Lion Jaswant Arora said that under the directions of lion PMJF Harish Dua club will continue the projects with keen inerest,

Water Cooler Project LC BPA on 16th July 2012

To day 16th july on the begining of new month Sawan and birth day of lion Darshan Monga PDG lions Club Bagha Purana organised its water cooler project The water cooler donated by lion mjf Dr M L Setia was installed on the path leading to Bus stand from Bhagat Singh Chownk side in Setia Nursing Home BPA. People passsing through this path will have cold purified watrer.The Water Cooler is equipped with water purifier system which automatically purify the water and store in tank for the use of the public.Patients visiting Nursing home will have a clean water in the too hot season in these days.Lion Jaswant Arora President LC BPA and his team thanked lion Mjf DR M L Setia for this noble project which is totally beneficial to the public. Lion Dr Navdeep Sharma Secy LC told that club is prepared and following the direction of the DG Lion PMJF Harish Dua planning the projects .Club had started on 1st july planting 101 plans.Now the club is going further planting 1000 trees in the near future.The Club decided to organise projects on the birthday of Lion K S SETHI and Lion HJS Khera in this month. Lions present on this occasion wished Happy Birth Day to Lion Darshan Monga.On this occasion lion Dr V C Luthra,Lion Darshan Gupta,Lion Ashwani Sharma Lion Jagroop Singh Jassi Cashier,Lion mjf Surinder Jaidka PRO,Lion Nirbhai Singh were present they assured the club that they will do the noble work for the welfare of public and to keep lionism up.
